Return & Refund Policy

At HALO™, we only offer refunds or replacements if there is an issue with your order.

Eligible situations include:

  • Item arrived damaged
  • Item arrived defective
  • Wrong item received

To request a refund or replacement, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos showing the issue

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Normal shipping delays outside our control
